Steven is the General Insurance Manager at Index Financial Services Ltd., bringing decades of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career with Nationwide in 1987, later joining Legal & General as a Financial Advisor, where he gained industry qualifications and advised both individual and corporate clients on financial planning and protection.

In 1995, Steven moved into private practice, building a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations, including major sports sponsors. His career has taken him around the world, attending events such as the FIFA World Cup, UEFA European Championships, and the Olympics, where he specialised in travel insurance, liability cover, and crisis management solutions.

Since joining Index in 2013, Steven has played a key role in expanding the firm’s insurance services. He provides tailored solutions for a wide range of needs, including home, landlord, commercial, business, life, and critical illness cover. Known for his commitment to personal service, he takes great pride in delivering bespoke insurance solutions.
